SALES TAX 
Orders being shipped to addresses within California are charged 8.5% sales tax.


RETURN POLICY

Curator now offers free returns for clothing items in new condition with tags attached! Please return within 14 says of your receipt of order. Clothing items marked final sale in product page are not eligible for returns. Apothecary items are not valid for returns or exchanges. This includes all Bath & Body and Fragrance.

If you would like to exchange or return items, please ensure the item(s) returned are in unworn, perfect condition.

1.   Please fill out “RETURN REASON” on the packing slip included with the original shipment and place in box

2.   Email info@curatorsf.com about the return or exchange. We will send you a USPS shipping label via email to print and affix to order. Please try to use original packing materials in the return.

Expect to hear from us 2-3 days after receiving your return at our warehouse. Returns and exchanges will be processed 48 hours after receiving the return. Any questions please email returns@curatorsf.com


GIFTS

We love gifts! Please drop us a note if you are sending a gift and will make sure not to include an invoice with prices in the box!
We can write greeting notes to recipients as well.


RETURNING GIFTS

We are happy to make return arrangements for any item received as a gift. We will issue store credit that you can shop with once you set up an account on our site. We cannot refund gifts to anyone but the original purchaser.


SALE ITEMS

There are NO refunds on sale items. You may however exchange or opt for store credit.

 

 

SHIPPING

We try our best to ship all packages out within 24 hours of receipt of order. We will contact you if there are any delays on your order. You will be emailed a tracking number when we generate the shipping label. Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We love notes that tell us back door, or when you’re in need of a signature. Unless specified we do not require signatures (we personally loathe those pink slips if you miss them!)

We offer in store pick up! The default pick up location is 1767 Church Street. If you would like to pick up at our 1173 Valencia location please include a note with your order.

If you are in a time crunch, please select expediated shipping and we will do our best to ship same day. We’ve been there! We understand urgency and want your goods to go out to you ASAP. It’s always helpful to drop a note to shipping@curatorsf.com to alert us of your rush!

If you would like local same day delivery we partner with Postmates (link) and can arrange for a local delivery or prepare a package to be picked up. Email shipping@curatorsf.com for details.

 

Domestic : We ship via FedEx & USPS.

Free shipping over $100 in the continental United States.

Flat rate shipping $7.00 for orders under $100 and shipments destined for Alaska & Hawaii.

 

International : We ship USPS internationally. We charge a flat rate of $35.00.

We are not responsible for customs and duties due upon arrival. We do not pay return shipping on international orders and customs and duties are non refundable. You may be able to recover these funds by directly contacting your local customs bureau.
