What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase, so we are happy to return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 14 days from delivery date. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and in perfect condition.

• If you choose to exchange or return for store credit, a pre-paid return label will be provided to you for free! We only pay shipping for one exchange. If the second shipment does not work out, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping back.

• If you return for a refund, the cost of the label to return items will be deducted from your refund.

• If your return total is over $500, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

• Items discounted 25% or more are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Please note, there are NO refunds for sale items. You may however exchange or opt for store credit. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Curator reserves the right to refuse or deny any return if it does not meet our policy requirements.

Gift Returns - We are happy to make return arrangements for any item received as a gift. We can issue store credit that you can shop with once we receive the return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund gifts to anyone but the original purchaser. Gift cards are not refundable after purchase.

DISCOUNT CODES

Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for returns as stated above. If the discount is 25% or more - the items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Discounts and coupon codes will only be honored while the code is valid. If you placed an order before a coupon code was announced or after a coupon code expired, you are not eligible for the discount. Discount codes cannot be combined, only one discount code can be used per order. 

How do i start a return?

Our Return Portal makes returning items easy peasy!
Using your order number, you can log in to make easy exchanges or returns. When making a return, you will be issued 'Instant Credit' to shop with while waiting for your return to process.

Please ensure the item(s) returned are in unworn, perfect condition.

Once your item is received, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days. Any questions please email hello@curatorsf.com.

Do you have a brick and mortar?

We no longer own a store in San Francisco, but you can find a good selection of our items at Needles & Pens in the Mission.

When will my order ship?

We aim to get orders shipped out within 1-5 days (but alot of times, they ship out same day!)

My order was marked delivered but I didn't recieve it?

If you have received a delivery confirmation email but cannot locate your package - we have found the following situations are almost always the case:

• A neighbor accepted the package on your behalf
• The post carrier left the package somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen.
• The postal carrier marked the package as delivered but for some reason the package did not make it off the truck (and it may be redelivered in the next few days)

If you still can't find the package, please double check the shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure the order was shipped to the correct address. Because of how frequently the scenarios above have been known to happen, we require a 10 day waiting period after a package is marked delivered before considering it lost. While we are not responsible for lost packages, if your package hasn't shown up in 10 days, please email us at orders@curatorsf.com and we will further assist you.

I live locally, is there a way I can return my order in person?

We no longer own a store in San Francisco, so all returns need to be processed online.

I don't know what size I am. Can you help?

Shopping online can be tough. Especially since so many brands have their own fit. You may be a Small in one brand and a Medium in another. We have a Model Fit Guide to help you. Here you can see the measurments of our models and the sizes they wear. We are also happy to answer any questions. Drop us a line at hello@curatorsf.com or hit us up in the chat box!

How best should I wash / care for my new item?

We always suggest machine wash cold / air dry or tumble low.
A majority of our line is garment dyed, which means it has already gone through a hot water wash when being dyed. Therefore, these items are pre-shrunk and machine washable. We tend to tumble dry our clothing on the lowest setting. If you are air drying and items are lose shape or softeness, pop them into the dryer on low to de-wrinkle and loosen up.
