Shipping Policy

We aim to ship orders out quickly, but our team is small. Turnround times range from 1-5 days for shipping out of warehouse. For same day shipping via USPS Priority mail - please select at checkout for an additional $25 flat rate. If you are rushed for your shipment and need overnight shipping, please email us at orders@curatorsf.com. We’ve been known to move heaven and earth for customers to receive their goods on time, so please do reach out!

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information. Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once packages have been shipped and delivered to the correct address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we now offer package protection at checkout. It is automatically turned on for your convenience. This insurance guarantees that if your package is to go missing your items will be either replaced or refunded. You can turn this option off before checking out, but please note that turning this option off opts you out of this coverage and we are not responsible for replacing your package.

Our default shipper is USPS. Signature is not required. If you have special circumstances at your location please email us at orders@curatorsf.com.

Free shipping on orders of $200 qualifies you for USPS Ground Advantage shipping in the USA. Free shipping does NOT apply to international orders. If you need to expedite an order, additional shipping will be charged.

Domestic Shipping

USPS Ground Advantage – All weights and sizes ships 1 - 5 days after processing

USPS Priority Mail – All weights and sizes ships  1 - 5 days after processing

International Shipping

We use USPS to ship internationally. We charge a flat rate of $35.00. We are not responsible for customs or duties assigned upon arrival. We do not pay return shipping on international orders and customs and duties are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We now offer package protection. You can add the protection onto your order during checkout. We highly suggest using this service if you are concerned about lost or stolen packages. For orders not protected by Route, please note that once an order is scanned by a USPS carrier, the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and Curator, LLC is no longer liable. Curator is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit.  Please remember, as a small outfit, we have access to just as much information as you do when tracking the package.
