Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information. Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once packages have been shipped and delivered to the correct address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Our default shipper is USPS. Signature is not required. If you have special circumstances at your location please include this in your note. We are able to require signatures and ship Fedex when needed. Free shipping on orders of $150 qualifies you for ground shipping on USPS in the USA. Free shipping does NOT apply to international orders. If you need to expedite an order, additional shipping will be charged.
Please note that once an order is scanned by a USPS carrier, the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and Curator, LLC is no longer liable. Curator is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit. Please remember, as a small outfit, we have access to just as much information as you do when tracking the package.

In-Store Pick Up
You can opt to pick up your order at 1173 Valencia St. in San Francisco. You will be notified via email when your package is ready for pick up.
We use USPS & DHL to ship internationally. We charge a flat rate of $35.00. We are not responsible for customer or duties assigned upon arrival. We do not pay return shipping on international orders and customs and duties are non refundable.
