We aim to ship orders out quickly, but our team is experiencing longer delays with COVID-19. Turnround times range from 1-4 days. This includes shipments with expedited shipping. If you are rushed for your shipment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ve been known to move heaven and earth for customers to receive their goods on time, so please do reach out!
We ship USPS unless you select FEDEX for your shipment. Our default international carrier is USPS unless you select Fedex at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes and duties assigned to you at delivery.
Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Curator, LLC (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card). We are not responsible for packages are delivered but turn up missing.
We want you to love your purchase, so we are happy to return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 14 days from the online purchase date. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging.
Please use our returns tab on our website to return your order. LINK TO IT. All orders must be shipped back insured and with a request for signature for your own protection. Our return system can refund you or give you store credit to purchase an exchange.
Items purchased on markdown are not eligible for returns. They are eligible for store credit. Full price items bought with discount codes are eligible for return.
We cannot credit discounts or discount codes after purchase has taken place. Only purchases made through this website are eligible for returns or exchanges processing if they qualify.
Allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Each order is subject to product availability. We’ve watched many inventory management webinars and put forth our best efforts not to oversell, but it can happen. In the event that your product is sold out we will notify you immediately. Customer service will work with you on a refund or substition.
Orders being shipped and billed to addresses within California are charged 8.5% sales tax.
For items that will be shipped to a different address (for gifts, etc,) please specify the new shipping address in the checkout process.
We love the art of gift giving! Please drop us a note if you are sending a gift and will make sure not to include an invoice without prices in the box! We can write greeting notes to recipients as well.
